Day 7 already!

Forward folding will release all the tension on the back side of your body; from your calves all the way up to your hamstrings, low back and upper back. We are working on the complete opposite direction of yesterday’s practice (Back-bending). A forward folding practice is one of the most humbling journeys you can take. It has the ability to calm your entire nervous system if you are willing to surrender into the poses. Join me today for a practice of self-acceptance, self-love and compassion with ourselves and the world around us.
