Second Day! 🙂

For today’s practice we are going to be focusing on opening the hips using a style of Yoga called Yin Yoga. Here we are holding poses for longer that you may be used to, however, it is the perfect practice to look inward and watch the cycles of your mind. Stay always aware of your breathing, allow your self to be present and ENJOY the practice!
