We are almost there. If you made it this far, congratulations!

Today’s practice is all about finding balance. We all have those days were we feel ‘off’, like either something is missing or something is way too overwhelming. It is in those days that we are being challenged to stay centered and true to ourselves. It is in those days were finding balance is a must.

True balance is not easy to create. Therefore, it is entirely different from person to person. Your center point is unique to you and you are the only one capable of finding it. I hope this practice can help you in finding it.
